Weight Loss is based on two major pillars; the food that you eat – in other words nutrition – and the energy you use - in other words exercise. Weight Loss Nutrition is absolutely the most important factor. Eating the right food is key for getting a slimmer and healthier body. Everybody can lose weight, but at the same time you have to stay healthy and strong, and that’s a little more difficult. On the other hand it is just a matter of counting. You’ll have to take in less calories than you’re burning to lose weight. Be careful to take better quality calories. That includes fresh foods, not manufactured foods. Try to eat smaller portions more often a day and be sure to take proteins and carbohydrates in the right ratio.
